If you provide us with the wrong address and the shipment has yet to be sent out, please email us at hello@minimalistee.com, and we will change it to the correct address.

But if it has been sent out, it is not our responsibility to re-send that item with your new address, so please make sure to type in your correct address when placing your orders!

If you receive a faulty item, just send us a picture of it to hello@minimalistee.com along with your order number. If the item delivered to you is faulty we'll send you a free reshipment. You don't have to send it back to us :) 

We usually ship the order from our warehouse within 2-3 days of receiving it, and it takes up to 5-7 days for the shipping companies to make your order reach you. Feel free to contact hello@minimalistee.com if you face any issues due to the delivery time. We'll be more than happy to assist you.

We always request the customers to check the size chart before ordering any apparel from us. But in case you ordered the correct size but still got the wrong one, we'll be more than happy to exchange it with you. Let us know with a picture with your order number, and we'll do it for you.
